We take great care to ensure that product descriptions, colors, images, and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to photography, screen settings, or material differences.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.


3. Pricing & Payments

 

All prices listed are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

 

We accept secure online payments through trusted third-party payment providers. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

 

Elmee Kidswear is not responsible for any delays, errors, or issues caused by payment gateways or third-party providers.


4. Orders & Confirmation

 

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Please note that this does not guarantee product availability — your order will be processed once payment is verified and stock is confirmed.

 

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a refund if payment has been made.


5. Shipping & Delivery

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within the timeframes stated on our website. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier service.

 

Elmee is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect address details, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

 

Once dispatched, the tracking information will be shared (where available). The risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.


6. Returns & Exchanges

 

We want you to love every Elmee piece!
Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for full details on how to exchange items purchased online or in-store.
We currently do not offer cash refunds, except in the case of faulty or incorrect items.


7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will arrange collection and inspection. If approved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund.
Products showing signs of misuse, normal wear and tear, or reported after the grace period may not qualify.


8. Intellectual Property

 

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of Elmee Kidswear and protected under copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.

Return Policy

At Elmee, we take great pride in the quality and comfort of our garments. Each piece is designed with care to ensure your little one feels happy and confident wearing it.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges — please note that cash refunds are not available — subject to the following conditions:

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items that are damaged, soiled, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted.
  • Products purchased on sale, at a discount, or as an exchanged item are not eligible for another exchange.
  • Proof of purchase (store receipt or online order confirmation email) is required for all exchanges.
  • Depending on stock availability, exchanges may be made for a different size, color, or style.

If any of these conditions are not met, your exchange request may be declined.


In-Store Purchases

Items bought at our Elmee retail stores can only be exchanged in-store and cannot be exchanged online.
Please bring the product along with your original receipt to the store where it was purchased.

Once your request is reviewed and approved by our team, please send the item to the following address with your details clearly included:

Include inside and outside the parcel:

After we receive your package, we’ll inspect the product. If it meets our exchange criteria, we’ll contact you to confirm your preferred replacement (subject to availability).

Please note:

  • Items are not reserved for exchange until your return has been received and approved.
  • Exchanges can be made for another size, an alternate product (based on stock), or an online e-coupon.
  • Delivery charges for sending the item back and receiving the replacement are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Elmee is not liable for any damage or loss during transit. Please ensure items are securely packed.
  • Only one exchange per order is permitted.
  • E-coupons issued for exchanges can only be used for online purchases, and products bought using an e-coupon are not eligible for further exchange.

Processing time:

  • Local exchanges: up to 8 business days
  • International exchanges: up to 15 business days

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or social media DM.
In such cases, Elmee will collect the item(s) from you free of charge and replace or refund the item after inspection.

Please note:

  • Items showing signs of misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear will not qualify as faulty.
  • Reports made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
